This audit tree will help us understand what brings us nourishment, how we care for ourselves, and where we can remove some weight to help the overall wellbeing of our big, beautiful selves. Each part of the tree represents a different part of our lives.

Roots: the roots are unseen but they are mirrored by the branches. They pull nourishment from the soil around them. They represent our inner world, our home, and our family.

Trunk: the trunk is what connects the roots and the branches. It represents our values, beliefs, and the core self. The trunk brings nutrients from the soil up to the branches and nourishment from the sun down into the roots.

Branches: the branches are what the world sees, the public image. They are not exactly the same shape as the roots, but they are undeniably the same being. They represent our achievements, social status, and our impact in the world.

Leaves: The leaves are how we achieve new heights, grow and expand, take in the sun’s light, and connect with other life. They represent our goals, our dreams, and our future. The leaves are where we create the vision for who we are becoming.

We have to care for the tree regularly for optimal growth. Making sure we offer it the necessary water, nutrients, and space to grow and also pruning the dead branches and the ones that are not growing toward what we need and want to achieve.
